After your consultation with the designer, your room-by-room plan includes one photorealistic 3D view of each selected room, covering a maximum of 3 walls. Eligible plans can add an itemised budget and vendor direction. Selected packages may also include technical drawings.

No—and that is one of our biggest advantages. We operate on a strict zero-commission model. We provide the design plan and budget, and you are free to work with any contractor you trust. You can also use our direct-market budget to compare and negotiate quotations.

Our estimates are based on current material, factory, and labour rates in your city. Because we don't earn commissions or add material markups, the estimates reflect prevailing direct-market rates. Final costs may vary depending on your site conditions, material availability, specifications, and the contractor you select.

Revision allowances depend on the package you select. Eligible full-home packages include scheduled revision cycles for changes to colours, textures, materials, and specific placements. Room-by-room plans do not include revisions unless stated otherwise.

Upload it through our portal along with any available room photographs. Your designer will use it to understand the dimensions, layout, and spatial constraints of your home. The 3D renders are prepared from the information you provide and remain subject to site conditions, specifications, and execution.
